Matters needing attention when choosing the material of alkali-resistant rubber sealing ring
1. Leakage: When the diameter of the shaft or bushing is not more than 50mm, the leakage is 3m1/h; when the diameter is greater than 50mm, the leakage is 5m1/h. For double seals, leakage from either end

2. Wear amount: meet the requirements of the service life of the rubber sealing ring, with an average value of 0.03mm/100h.
3. When the temperature of the rubber sealing ring cavity is greater than 80 degrees Celsius, the service life is 4000h.
4. When the medium of the alkali-resistant rubber sealing ring contains particles, the rubber sealing pair should be made of hard sealing material.
5. For the medium of concentrated alkali rubber sealing ring, the rubber sealing pair should be made of nickel-based and nickel-based cemented carbide sealing materials.
Alkali-resistant rubber seals should be used in alkaline liquids with medium pressure less than 0.5Mpa, temperature less than 130°C, rotational speed less than or equal to 3000, and shaft diameter of 28~85mm.
