Q1. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Standard O-rings, gaskets and seals start at around 1,000 pcs. Custom molded parts typically start at 500–1,000 pcs depending on size and tooling. Small trial orders are also accepted so you can validate quality before scaling.
Q2. Can I get free samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Free samples are available for our standard parts (freight collected). For custom parts made from your drawing or sample, a sample fee is charged and fully refunded against your bulk order. Samples are usually shipped within 5–7 working days.
Q3. Which payment terms do you accept for international buyers?
We work with T/T (30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment), L/C at sight for larger orders, Western Union and PayPal for samples. Long-term partners may request open-account terms after a successful order history.
Q4. What shipping methods and Incoterms do you offer?
Standard terms are FOB Shanghai or FOB Ningbo. We also arrange CIF, CFR and DDP shipments. Sea freight is the most economical for bulk orders; air freight and express couriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS) are available for urgent or smaller consignments.
Q5. What international certifications and compliance documents do you provide?
Qianlang operates under ISO 9001:2015 quality management. We issue RoHS and REACH declarations, FDA material certificates for silicone and EPDM, and PPAP packages for automotive qualification. Material lot traceability is standard on every batch.
Q6. Do you offer OEM / ODM and private-label service?
Yes. Full OEM and ODM service is available - custom compounds, in-house tooling, your logo on parts and packaging, retail-ready cartons, and confidential handling of your designs. NDAs are honored and engineering files are kept strictly confidential.
