General use temperature range of -40 ~ 120 ℃.

Second, HNBR hydrogenated nitrile rubber seal: with excellent anti-corrosion, tear resistance and anti-compression deformation characteristics, ozone resistance, sunshine, weather resistance is better. Better than the nitrile rubber wear resistance. Suitable for washing machines, automotive engine systems and the use of new environmentally friendly refrigerant R134a refrigeration system. It is not recommended for use in alcohols, esters or aromatic solutions. General use temperature range of -40 ~ 150 ℃.

Third, SIL silicone rubber seal: with excellent heat resistance, cold, ozone resistance, resistance to atmospheric aging performance. Have a good insulation performance. But the tensile strength is worse than the general rubber and not oil. Applicable to household appliances such as electric water heaters, irons, microwave ovens and so on. Also applies to a variety of contact with the human body supplies, such as water bottles, drinking fountains and so on. It is not recommended for use in most concentrated solvents, oils, concentrated acids and sodium hydroxide. General use temperature range of -55 ~ 250 ℃.

Fourth, VITON fluorine rubber seals: high temperature resistance is better than silicone rubber, excellent weather resistance, ozone resistance and chemical resistance, cold resistance is bad. For most of the oil and solvents are resistant, especially acids, aliphatic hydrocarbons, aromatic hydrocarbons and animal and vegetable oils. Applicable to diesel engine, fuel system and chemical plant sealing needs. It is not recommended for use in ketones, low molecular weight esters and mixtures containing nitrates. General use temperature range of -20 ~ 250 ℃.

5, FLS fluorine silicone rubber seal: its performance both the advantages of fluorine rubber and silicone rubber, oil, solvent resistance, fuel-resistant oil and high and low temperature resistance are good. Resistance to oxygen-containing compounds, aromatics-containing solvents and chlorine-containing solvents. Generally used for aerospace, aerospace and military use. Not recommended for exposure to ketones and brake oil. The general use of the temperature range of -50 ~ 200 ℃.

6, EPDM EPDM rubber seal: a very good weather resistance, ozone resistance, water resistance and chemical resistance. Can be used for alcohols and ketones, can also be used for high temperature water vapor seal. Suitable for sanitary equipment, automotive radiators and automotive brake systems. Not recommended for food use or exposed to mineral oil. General use temperature range of -55 ~ 150 ℃.

8, IIR butyl rubber seal: air tightness is particularly good, heat, sunshine, good ozone resistance, good insulation properties; polar solvents such as alcohol, ketone, ester, etc. have good resistance, can be exposed In animal and vegetable oils or oxides. Suitable for chemical or vacuum equipment. It is not recommended for use with petroleum solvents, kerosene or aromatics. General use temperature range of -50 ~ 110 ℃.

9, ACM acrylic rubber seal: the oil has excellent resistance, high temperature, weather resistance are good, but the mechanical strength, compression deformation rate and water resistance slightly worse. Generally used in automotive transmission systems and power steering system. Does not apply to hot water, brake oil, phosphate. The general use of the temperature range of -25 ~ 170 ℃.

10, NR natural rubber seal: with good wear resistance, elasticity, tear strength and elongation. But easy to aging in the air, hot and viscous, mineral oil or gasoline in the easy expansion and dissolution, alkali resistance but not strong acid. Suitable for use in automotive brake oil, ethanol and other ions with hydroxide ions. General use temperature range of -20 ~ 100 ℃.
